We’re a London homeless charity based in Adelaide Street. Our day centre is open 5 days a week. We’re always happy to welcome visitors whether its to get help with homelessness, support our work or relax in our client-build courtyard garden.

We’re based at 12 Adelaide Street, London, WC2N 4HW

Nearest tube station: Charing Cross (Northern and Bakerloo Lines) – 2 min walk

Sleeping rough and need shelter in Westminster?

If you haven’t be supported by The Connection before, please email services@cstm.org.uk or visit us in person.

If you’d like to visit us for a meal, shower or use our other services, please drop by on any of the below opening hours.

We are open for general drop-in services between 9am-1.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

After 1.30pm on these days we are open for pre-arranged appointments and structured groups and activities.

On Wednesday mornings we provide our women-only space and the prescribing clinic will continue to run in the afternoon as usual.

If you are homeless or worried about homelessness:

If you are sleeping rough you can contact Street Link who will connect you to local services, which will be able to help you.

You can also contact Street Link if you are a member of the public who is worried about somebody who is sleeping rough and in need of shelter.
