Connection Crew

Our affiliation with Connection Crew allows us to place work-ready and formerly homeless people into gainful employment with one of the crewing industry’s most progressive companies. The work environment at Connection Crew is supportive and we have a strong mentoring programme in place which allows newly employed ex-homeless crew members the opportunity to ask questions, seek advice or raise objections with someone with whom they can relate to; as all mentors are themselves ex-homeless too.

Connection crew’s support doesn’t end there; because they are a social enterprise, all of their profit goes directly to us. This money helps us in our work by funding our various specialist support services - directly benefitting homeless people.
