Volunteer Skills Training

Due to a large number of requests we are now offering our Volunteer Skills Training to any person or group who wants to learn more about the Connection’s methods of working in the charitable homeless sector. Our Volunteer Manager Lance has years of group facilitation and training experience and former trainees who are now working in this area have told us they have greatly benefitted from what they learnt on this half day event.

We run the 4 hour courses on Saturday afternoons throughout the year so that even people who work Monday to Friday can find the time to attend. Please download the Information Sheet and booking form that contains a breakdown of subjects covered on the day
