We’ve launched our first social enterprise! A vegan bakery headed up by St John Bread & Wine alumni, Megan Coker. The bakery is running from our Trafalgar Square headquarters selling vegan doughnuts, iced buns and more, delivered straight to your door.
Poster Bakes’ first product will be our traditional deep filled doughnuts, made fresh each day and delivered to you by bike, wherever you are (so long as you are within 5 miles from our kitchen off Trafalgar Square). The doughnuts can be pre-ordered through their Website or Instagram and will initially come in three flavors: vanilla, chocolate, and blueberry cream. Everything is vegan, everything is lip-smackingly delicious.
The profits from each box of doughnuts ordered will go directly to continuing The Connection’s work helping thousands of people each year move away from the streets. As part of our social enterprise, we will also be running kitchen classes for people experiencing homelessness to help give them the tools and knowledge to cook for themselves and make good food decisions when they do finally get the home they deserve.
Poster Bakes is open on weekdays daily for deliveries between 11:00 and 15:00.
