Event: Brighton Marathon

someone running through a race finish line
Once you've finished the race you can head to the beach & celebrate!

Run through the lovely seaside town of Brighton where a flat route with stunning seaside views awaits! There are several different running events on over the weekend, so a big festival village is opened up on the beach for you to enjoy, adding to the buzzing atmosphere.

Book your place now to experience one of the most popular UK Marathons in the calendar. This is a firm favourite amongst elite runners and first-timers alike owing to the flat route, allowing you to achieve a personal best, and the wonderful setting, with crowds of supporters coming to cheer you on the way whilst you complete the scenic course.

We’re one of London’s busiest homelessness centres, working in direct contact with vulnerable homeless rough sleepers all year round. Running for us means you will be directly supporting the homeless people who need your help most, through our services which enable people to access housing, employment training, and professional support to overcome personal issues.

What support will we give you?
We’ll be sending you a high-quality running vest, personalised with your name.
We can also help with advice on training and support to achieve your fundraising target.

What difference will you be making?
By raising £350 for our services, you could enable a vulnerable homeless rough sleeper to have a course of specialist one-to-one mental health support sessions which will help them to positively cope with their problems and move forward. Considering that approximately two thirds of homeless people living on the streets have mental health problems which are often severely hindering their ability to move on from the streets, that is a massive contribution.
