Making The Connection will bring together our valued partners and donors to share and celebrate achievements, whilst collectively looking towards what we can do more of to empower people to move away from isolation and towards a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Guests will be able to enjoy a reception and sumptuous three course dinner at RICS with food delivered by the contemporary restaurant Roux at Parliament Square, masterminded by MasterChef the professionals winner Steve Groves, whilst having the chance to win money-can’t-buy prizes. What will make this event truly unique and special for The Connection will be the client collaboration; we will train and provide the opportunity to those with lived experience of homelessness to serve and work at the event. This will give clients the chance to put this invaluable and accredited experience on their CVs, and get a step up in the right direction into the hospitality sector.
