Corporate Partnerships

Partnering with The Connection allows you to make a real difference in the local community and bring your team together for a common goal.

The Connection at St Martin’s is here to be with people as they recover from life on the streets and move on to meaningful, fulfilling futures and a place to call home. Our corporate partners can play a part by volunteering in our busy kitchen or with our community groups.

Make a difference in Westminster:

If, like us, you are based in Westminster, you and your employees will be well aware of the significant numbers of people who rough sleep. The people you see on your way to work or to get lunch, are the same people we’re helping off the streets.

By becoming one of our corporate partners, you benefit from:

  • Volunteering opportunities for your employees in our day centre.
  • Impact reporting to demonstrate the difference a donation makes on our work.
  • Priority places in events, such as The London Marathon and Jay’s Quiz
  • Lunch and learn sessions to help your staff learn more about the pressures that force people to sleep rough, the support available, and gain confidence in responding to people rough sleeping in your local area.
  • Opportunities for networking with local businesses.
  • What our partners say about corporate partnerships:

    How volunteering works:

We provide one, three, and six months of volunteering per year for our corporate partners.

    In the Kitchen:

We need volunteers to help us serve food and support the kitchen staff to deliver a welcoming, consistent, and nourishing meal.

We ask you to choose one day a week during a particular month, like every Tuesday in June, and send two-four volunteers for each meal.

    Breakfast: 9.00am to 11.00am

    Lunch: 10.45am to 12.45pm

    In the Community:

Art classes, English lessons, photography workshops and more! Our programme of community activities is updated through the year and is focused on supporting people in their recovery and moving them towards social and community integration. Please get in touch to see what community volunteering opportunities are currently available.

We offer additional volunteering opportunities over Christmas, so get in touch if this is something your organisation would like to explore.
