The Connection offers a range of support to people sleeping rough in London.

Here’s a few examples of the services you can find at our centre. They are all free to use and open to everyone we support.

Meals and Drinks

Hot food is served from 10am to 1.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We have Halal and vegetation options available.

Laundry

Available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We have 18 spaces are available each day, 1 wash per person per week.

Showers

Free for all to use on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We have free toiletries and use of towels.

Computers

These are free for all to use in 30-minute time slots throughout the day.

NHS health service

On Tuesday and Friday mornings, you can meet with a nurse and discuss any health problems you are experiencing.

We also offer support with mental health, weekly group activities and so much more. But we know everyone has their own unique support needs and goals for the future so whatever you need to get your life back on track, we’ll work with you to make it happen.
