The Richmond Park Half Marathon takes you through the stunning landscapes of one of London’s largest Royal Parks. With rolling hills, open grassland and views of deer roaming freely, this traffic-free route offers a unique running experience just a short distance from central London.

Whether you’re chasing a personal best or taking on your first half marathon, this beautiful but challenging course is the perfect way to push yourself while supporting a meaningful cause.

About the challenge:

The Richmond Park Half Marathon route takes runners through the heart of the park’s natural beauty, offering a mix of gentle climbs, open stretches and woodland scenery.

Participants will enjoy a fully supported race experience with clear route markings, aid stations and a vibrant event atmosphere. The combination of parkland terrain and iconic London views makes this a truly memorable running challenge.

Why take part for The Connection?

The Connection at St Martin’s supports people experiencing homelessness in London to move away from, and stay off, the streets for good.

We support people facing multiple challenges including poor mental health, isolation, addiction and trauma. From practical essentials to long-term recovery support, we work alongside people every step of the way towards a safer and more stable future.

What difference could your fundraising make?

  • £35 could provide 14 people experiencing homelessness with a hot meal, shower and clean clothes
  • £150 could fund 6 initial assessments for people newly experiencing homelessness, helping them access essential services and personalised support
  • £250 could help fund frontline support for people sleeping rough, including advice, recovery support and access to vital services
